How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

Delivery within the United States takes approximately 3-5 business days.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping on US orders.

Where do you ship from?

We ship most of our products from California.

What courier do you use for delivery?

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, etc.

Will it cost me anything to return an item?

We will pay for the return shipping. For returns not due to product quality issues, we will charge a return fee of 10% of the original order amount.

How do I return an item?

You need to contact us through the website inbox or email. After we have discussed the return details, we will send you a return label and return address via email. You will stick the return label on the package. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

How can I exchange my product?

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your existing item and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

Why is there no discount on my order?

If you have a discount code, you need to enter the discount code on the checkout page to get the discount.

What payment methods can I use to pay?

We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Is my payment secure?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I know the shipping status of the product after I place an order?

After we ship the goods, we will send you an email containing the logistics order number, and you will be notified of the subsequent logistics transportation, distribution and delivery by email.

What materials are your artificial plants made of?

Our artificial implants are made of PEC materials, which are environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

Are your products safe for people or pets?

Our artificial plants are harmless to people and pets and can be safely placed in bedrooms, living rooms, gardens, etc. However, please make sure that they are not ingested by children or pets. No matter how environmentally friendly the materials used for artificial plants are, they will cause harm to children or pets if ingested. If ingested by mistake, please send to the hospital for treatment immediately.

How do you measure the size of your products?

We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are presented accurately. After each product is finalized, we measure the dimensions and measure from the widest or tallest reference point. Height measurements start from the ground, from the bottom of the pot (even if the pot itself is not decorative, it can be a simple black pot). We then measure the tallest leaf, flower, or branch, such as the top of a Christmas tree.

Why is the artificial plant I received slightly deformed?

Some leaves may be slightly deformed due to packaging during transportation. You can manually reshape the artificial plant to create your own exclusive plant.
